JFR is based on the Norfolk/ Suffolk border, and operates throughout the whole of the UK. Our main areas of operation and coverage are the East Midlands, East Anglia, the South East and the South of England. We also have established relationships with proven associates throughout the UK.

 

JFR was established in 1995 by Mike West. Mike has a technical background and a gained a wealth of experience within the electronics and engineering industry since 1972.

Mike’s experience was gained principally in a sales engineering capacity and includes:

 

• Internal Sales Engineer for a household name British connector manufacturer.

 

• Area Sales Engineer for a leading Reed Switch, Electro-mechanical components, power supply and solid state relay manufacturer.

 

• Sales Manager and then Sales Director for a large PLC and internationally based Display, Electro-mechanical components and computer peripheral distributor.

 

• Group Sales Manager for a well-known and leading British based power supply, test and measurement system and components distributor.

 

• Managing Director for a UK based systems integrator and embedded and industrial PC specialist.
